Greatest Sports Performance Ever.
(Grilled Chicken Breasts)
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Cut in half)
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Clove of minced Garlic
2 Tablespoon squeezed Lemon or Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Grind Black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
-Clean Chicken (Rinse, Trim fat)
- Mix Olive Oil and Lemon juice in a bowl
- Mix seasonings or apply directly on Chicken individually (your choice)
-Put seasoned Chicken Breasts into bowl with Olive Oil and Lemon Juice
- Add Garlic
- With your hands, mix Chicken and Oil and Juice until evenly distributed
- Sit in refrigerator to marinate (optional)
- Heat skillet to Medium - High heat
- (Add 1 tablespoon Olive Oil to pan)
- Cook on each side for about 7 minutes or as desired
Should take about 15 - 20 minutes to cook (depending on heat, size of meat)

thanks Dame for the motivation to put your mid to something and giving a 100% no matter if you have a specific goal or not. My question would be how you find time to give 100% to everything you do? You make music ,ball, and your committed to this blog/forum how does one spread themselves to do various things yet still give their all?
It’s definitely hard, but I just tell myself that I have no choice but to do it all. The longer I manage everything, it all becomes easier.
